Der Shelby Station wär was!
Überhaupt, das wär mal eine Idee für einen Clone mit dem man wirklich auffällt. Anstatt dem 7millionsten Eleanor könnte man mal sowas bauen.

Der ehemalige Stegi 4-4-2 Olds, jetzt orange und in der Oststeiermark, stand über ein Jahrzehnt (in den 80ern) auf dem Firmengelände eines Holzhändlers - unangemeldet, im Freien - und wurde nur dazu verwendet Lastwagenanhänger in eine Halle rein bzw wieder rauszuziehen, weil für LKWs zuwenig Raum am Platz vor der Halle war. Sozusagen ein motorisierter Rangierwagenheber
Scheint ein Olds-Schicksal zu sein....

Vehicle Description
Here you see a "VERY RARE" 70 Camaro replica kit car. I have never seen another one like it not saying there isnt but I havent seen one. This car does need to be completed. I bought this car 2 years ago with plans on restoring it but plans have changed. Wife is pregnant with "TWINS" and I know that I will never have time to finish it so I will sell it instead. Car is NOT located in Denver,CO and is in storage in Northwest Kansas were buyer will be picking it up!! The body is fiberglass and based off a 70 camaro and the chassis is a 65 VW bug with an 1500 cc engine. The floor pans were rusted out but I did cut them out and have BRAND NEW full floor pans L and R that are ready to weld back in. The body is Very Dirty but I took some 320 wet sand paper and wet sanded the fiberglass T-Tops and they came out looking very good. If a person did that to the rest of the car they can probably get by without painting it. It has about 4 cracks in the fiberglass but are not that bad and wouldnt take much at all to fix. The front windsheild and back window are in great shape with no cracks. I have a bunch of NEW parts that go with it and here they are. New complete wiring harness, New steering column, New empi chrome shifter with reverse lockout, New full floor pans L and R, USED wheel adapters to convert to GM 5 X 4 3/4 wheels. Engine is complete right down to the air cleaner but the last time it was ran was back in 1975. It is not stuck and turns over freely.

Up for auction is this GT-40 kit car on a VW chassis. It is a project car. We were told that the engine will run although we have not tried, as this chassis was put under this body less than a year ago. Again, it is a project car that is on it’s way. Also included with this auction is a 1963 Chevy Corvair. We have found that the Corvair is very desirable for these kit cars as well. This is a 63 with the 110 engine. It has received a tune up and 2 just rebuilt carbs. The 4 spd. standard trans and clutch work great, the car itself is complete and again is offered with the GT-40.
